Much of what Kodsi and Boymelgreen/Leview owned in Parkwest has been bought out by Boca Raton-based Art Falcone. His plans are ambitious to say the least.

Not much has been said about the old Arena. I believe Glenn Straub still owns it, but I expect something to be planned soon--considering what Falcone has in the works for Parkwest.

All the new vertical density going up in brickell (and the rest of downtown) is great, just like the charts. The commercial sector will have a healthy absorption rate unlike the residential sector since everyone wants to open their own business in Miami and interest rates are down (the residential rental market is very strong as well). Great article!

Q: Any gossip on the miami arena's future and park west in general? That area has nothing but upside potential.
